Agnes Chmielewska, MA LMFTA

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and strength based. I focus on each individual/family as a unique system and utilize methods and techniques that seem best suited for you, and or your family. The following approaches that I use and integrate in therapy are: individual and family counseling, art therapy, play therapy with young children, cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy and behavioral modifications.

I obtained my Bachelor's Degree from Eastern Washington University in Bellevue, where I studied Interdisciplinary Sociology of Science, and received my Masters degree from Antioch University Seattle, where I studied Couples and Family therapy. In my free time I enjoy walking my dog, watching movies, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.

I have additional training in working with children, adolescents, and families who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, loss and grief, and LGBTQ+ issues. If you, or your loved one is experiencing any of these difficulties, please contact me. I will help you get started towards living a healthy and happy life.
