I received my undergraduate degree in developmental psychology from Eastern Washington University in 2013. While studying I specialized in child development and multicultural studies. My internship included working with underprivileged youth helping youth and their families meet case management and education needs.

After graduation I served as a AmeriCorps Vista volunteer helping guide youth through career development. Deciding to expand my growth of knowledge, I began studying at Seattle University as a community counselor with an emphasis in social justice.

I also worked at an inpatient eating disorder clinic helping clients develop tools, coping skills, and running specialized groups. Since graduating with my master’s degree, I continue to serve the community as a cognitive behavioral therapist with youth and families.

My areas of focus includes but are not limited to: trauma focused care, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment concerns, addiction, and parenting.
