I believe in taking an integrated approach of the entire person in therapy. I use a collaborative existential, cognitive behavioral, emotional focus method towards therapy. Each approach has the capability of providing clients with self direction and personal growth. We will work jointly in creating therapeutic goals, and identify how your goals affect choices made in your current life. I encourage your behaviors, emotions, beliefs, thoughts, social identity, and culture identity into the therapy room, so that we may work together in building a meaningful relationship with yourself and others.

My education includes a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from California State University and a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology from Antioch University. I have experience working with clients that struggle in depression, anxiety, developmental disorders, life transition, behavioral change, stress management, relationship struggles, and much more.

Life circumstances or endless responsibilities compromise our ability to manage situation the way we wish we could. Counseling can be an exploratory and transformative time to begin looking deeper for answers, solutions and perspective.
