I am a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative therapist in training. My goal is to build trust with you by creating a safe and supportive environment. You will always be the expert of your life story.

I work with a systemic lens. I believe that everyone is impacted by the systems that surround them, which can include their relationships, family, community, and society-at-large. My hope is to partner and collaborate with you to better navigate the challenges you face and support you in your healing and growth journey.

I am currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Couples and Family Therapy from Antioch University to become a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Washington. I have a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelors Degree from Binghamton University.

The therapy modalities I am drawn to include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Couple & Family Therapy, Gottman, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Solution Focused, Structural Family Therapy, and somatic awareness.

Additionally, I plan to pursue a certificate in Sex Therapy from Antioch University. I look forward to the opportunity to learn about you and your story.
