My therapeutic approach is collaborative and  primarily strength-based. I believe that you are the expert of your life, and as your counselor I am here to help guide you toward the changes you seek. In addition, I utilize cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, art and play therapy techniques with my clients. I am interested in getting to know you, and developing your inherent strengths toward making courageous changes in your life.

I obtained my Bachelor's Degree from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, where I studied Music, and received my Masters of Arts degree from Antioch University Seattle, where I studied Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In my free time I enjoy singing, reading, watching films, and spending time with family and friends.

I trust that everyone has the inner strength and bravery to overcome the challenges they are faced with in life, and sometimes you just need some support finding it. I especially enjoy working with teens, and helping them learn to advocate for themselves, as well as increasing effective communication with the supportive systems in their lives.

I have additional training in working with children, adolescents, and families who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, loss and grief, and LGBTQ+ issues. If you, or your loved one is experiencing one or more of these difficulties, please contact me in order to get started toward living a more happy and healthy life. I look forward to working with you.
