Kim Marzano, MFT Intern

Kim is a lifelong learner and brings many years of experience supporting others in education and non-profit organizations to her clinical practice. The clients she works with are served well by her ability to be present, empathetic, supportive, direct, and curious.  Kim prefers to work collaboratively with her clients, working together to explore issues and enhance outcomes, continually utilizing a client-centered relationship between client and therapist.  Kim draws upon numerous modalities and interventions with a strong foundation in Family Systems Theory.  She works with a range of people, some whose goal is to affect their immediate circumstances, others who wish to explore the deeper influences in their lives, or those with both goals in mind.  Kim offers an authentic, safe, and respectful atmosphere for clients to explore challenges, helping them increase their level of self-awareness, insight, and understanding.

Kim is a Couple and Family Therapy intern with Transformative Counseling & Family Services. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and is working toward a master's degree in Couple and Family Therapy at Antioch University, Seattle.
